1. About Floreal

Floreal is a Learning Management System (LMS) operated by Layor Yabag East, a French SASU registered at 30 rue René Boulanger, 75010 Paris. SIREN 833 796 170 · VAT FR52833796170 · RCS Paris (registered 5 December 2017) · Share capital €1,000 · Director: Benjamin Gabay.

2. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You need an account to use Floreal. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and use the service lawfully. Don’t upload content you don’t own, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with the service’s normal operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

3. Content

You keep ownership of any content you upload (documents, answers, profile information, messages). You grant Floreal a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it as needed to provide the service to you and the people you collaborate with — typically your agency, training manager or coach.

You also allow us to use your content to operate, secure and improve the service — for example to refine our models, evaluations, exercises and automated corrections. Where we derive insights or generate synthetic data from this processing (i.e. anonymised, aggregated or artificially generated material that no longer identifies you or your organisation), the resulting derivatives are owned by Floreal and may be reused freely to enhance the platform for all users.

The Floreal platform itself — software, design, branding, lessons we publish, and any synthetic or derived datasets we produce — remains the property of Layor Yabag East.

4. Privacy, GDPR & Hosting

We comply with the GDPR and French data protection law. We collect only the personal data we need to run the service, never sell it, and use trusted subprocessors under appropriate data-processing agreements. You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

Floreal is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in EU regions, with all candidate and customer data stored within the European Union. AWS acts as our infrastructure subprocessor under its GDPR Data Processing Addendum. Full details, including our subprocessor list and retention periods, are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing & Termination

Paid plans show their fees and billing terms at signup; fees are stated in euros and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, non-payment, or where required by law. On account deletion, we remove or anonymise associated personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we’re required to retain certain records (for example for accounting obligations).

6. Liability

Floreal is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it secure and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Floreal is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.

7. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect — by email or by an in-product notice. Continuing to use Floreal after changes means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by French law; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
